Example of my work at ThirtyThree Ad Agency
Deka Lash, a national lashing franchise brand, wanted to have an improved employer brand for improving hiring the right talent, reducing turnover, and creating a unified brand among its franchise physical storefronts. At the time, they did not have a unified employer brand image that reflected their beautiful updated studios and technology.
At the ThirtyThree Agency, I was involved in supervising the creation process of their career website build from brand concept brainstorms, tagline copy, graphic design, client revisions, and web build.
'Be Dekadent' was the brand tagline created to showcase not only the product (beautiful eyelashes) but the brand's commitment to supporting and celebrating one's own abilities and inner radiance to: 'be glamorous, be confident, and be unique.'
The end result: the client was very pleased and loved the new site that improved their business.

Brand tagline and imagery:
Tagline 'Be Dekadent' emphasized throughout.
Color overlays over different individuals with natural makeup, where the authentic self was embraced. This creates a positive employer brand personality of acceptance, celebration of one's inner radiance, and a place of studio support, a space where employees can showcase their talent and grow.
